Most Check My Tag products displayed on the Web Site are available while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Web Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Product Disclaimers
Check My Tag products are designed to be used by caregivers for children with severe food allergies and other life-threatening medical conditions. They are designed to complement, not replace, communication between parents and caregivers regarding management of a medical condition. The information provided in this site is in no way intended to be a substitute for medical care by a licensed physician. Check My Tag believes that anyone who is suspected of having food allergies should be diagnosed and treated by a Board Certified Allergist. The information we provide on our website is meant to educate, support and encourage those living with food allergies so they may live safe, happy and healthy lives.Check My Tag, LLC is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any form of damages whatsoever resulting from the use (or misuse) of information contained on the Web Site, in any literature distributed by Check My Tag or implied by this product.
Product Warranties
Check My Tag, LLC warrants that its family of products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after the original date of purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and can only be enforced by the original purchaser. If a product is found defective during this Limited Warranty Period, Check My Tag's only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. If Check My Tag is unable to repair or replace a particular product, we will refund the original purchase price. Excluded from this limited warranty are the following: damage cause by misuse, abuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship, damage cause by adhesives, cleaning materials or other chemicals, damage caused by failure to follow care instructions. The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims.

Governing Law and Other Miscellaneous Terms
The validity and effect of these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. In the event litigation is instituted hereunder, each user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of any federal or state court situated in either St. Louis County or the City of St. Louis, as Check My Tag selects in its sole discretion. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its attorneys' fees and court costs, together with any other relief awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction.
