We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason our product does not meet your needs, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days from delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail or other carrier for a refund or replacement. Just follow these steps:
1. Using the packing slip supplied in your shipment, please provide the information below to process your return or exchange.
- Please list the product you are returning
- To exchange for a new item, size or color, indicate the change in the fields provided on the packing slip
- Let us know the reason for your return, using the codes listed on the packing slip
- When requesting an exchange, please list a payment method for any additional items or balance due.
2. Contact our Customer Service number (314) 406-2117 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Repack item securely in its original packaging along with packing slip.
4. Contact the carrier of your choice to arrange for shipping.
5. Send the package to:

Important: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for your
return shipping fee. No returns can be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by
Check My Tag.
